It's a hARDA world is a 1.7.10 Minecraft modded server! To join it you are required to have the latest version of the Lord of the rings (lotr) mod and to have the more player models mod as well.

Open the launcher, next click the "Play" button then select "Multiplayer" from the menu.
Click "Add Server" tab and input the text harda.tournier.org:25575 on the "Server Address" box then hit "Done".
